Sally Hansen facial hair remover cream: Regrowth?

I just used the sally hansen facial hair remover cream on my upper lip. this is the first time ive ever removed the hairs there. it feels like my upper lip is burning now.. maybe i put it on for too long. but here are my questions:

1. does it cause ingrown hairs? is this why im feeling this pain? or is it just the burn from leaving it on too long?

2. does the hair grow back thicker, darker, and/or quicker?Sally Hansen facial hair remover cream: Regrowth?
You are feeling burning because of the product itself. Your skin may simply be a little sensitive to this product, but the burn will go away. Be sure to follow all directions and never leave it on longer than what the directions recommend.

Typically, you won't get ingrown hairs with a hair remover. You may get a few bumps %26amp; redness from your skin being irritated, but these will go away in a day or so. Try putting some hydrocortisone cream on the areas to alleviate the redness %26amp; soreness.

Your hair will not grow back thicker %26amp; darker or quicker. Usually, it takes about 3 to 6 weeks for the hair to reappear. It all depends upon how fast your hair grows, naturally.

The more you wax and or use hair removers, the thinner %26amp; finer your hair will become. So, there are actually long-term benefits.

If you find your skin is too easily irritated %26amp; red for too long, you may want to try waxing or just bleaching the hair.Sally Hansen facial hair remover cream: Regrowth?
