Is their any creams to slow down male facial hair growth?

I shave everyday, and my face is now rough, prickly and stubbly, i know their has to be some kind of cream or lotion to help slow down hair growth does anyone know of any?Is their any creams to slow down male facial hair growth?
dude are you serious. the better question is, is there creams that SPEED up male facial hair growth, or cause hair growth.

well its something called magic shave. kind of like nair, but for facial shaving. i use it once a day. works
