Bleaching cream for facial hair?

Hey i'm a female, i'm 13 years old and i have a lot of hair under my chin. But whats really weird is that the right side is really blond (it looks almost white) and it doesnt show that much, but the other side is black..Its really weird. So what i want to do it bleach the other side...But how am i going to get the same color? How do i know if its going to look yellow when the sun shines? %26amp; which name brand should i get? And also i'll try putting some foundation to hide it even more...............Bleaching cream for facial hair?
If you use bleaching cream, be very carefull because some has got dangerous chemical for your skin. You should look for one with herbal ingredient in it.
