Not Tested On Animals - Facial Cream?

Looking for a BRAND that I can purchase at Walmart or Shoppers and is around the 20 dollar mark.





The problem with converting to ';not tested on animals'; is.... its more expensive and not convient!!! I am a Aunt, with my 2 nieces and just over the last 6months we have stopped eating meat and are trying to convert the household over to ';not tested on animal'; free EVERYTHING :)

Um I dunno stuff from those stores, but have you tried The Body Shop? All their products are natural and NOT tested on animals.
