Will it cause any harm if i do facial first and then bleach cream?

because when i apply bleach cream after facial my face looks white enough and other way round face looks dull after the process.Will it cause any harm if i do facial first and then bleach cream?
Do the facial first then bleach after!! Thats what i do. You have to scrub of the dead skin cells first, then bleach the skin.
