is it true that when you use facial bleaching cream, it doesn't bleach the hair a certain color, it just takes the color out of it ? Like if it's dark brown, it would just take the dark brown color out?Bleaching cream for facial hair?
with my experiences I have dark brown hair,and the bleach made my upper lip hair sorta Yellow.It was noticeable in the sun or in a bright room,which i didnt like.
